描述: | The Absolute Multiturn Encoder AMG 10 is a robust, high reso-lution rotary encoder which can indicate 8192 absolute steps per revolution (13 bit) and 4096 revolutions (12 bit) without repetition. The absolute position, 25 bit in sum, is transmitted as digital Gray code to the receiver over a synchronous serial interface (SSI) with TTL level (RS-485), starting with the most significant bit (MSB). Alternatively, an EnDat interface is available. The position of the shaft within a single turn is monitored opto-electronically, using a high-precision glass disk. The number of revolutions of the shaft is investigated by a mechanical transmission gear with magnetically coded positions. For speed control of the drive two analogue sine-wave signals are available. They offer 512 cycles per revolution, a displacement of 90° to each other and a signal level of 1 VPP. The AMG 10 combines the robust construction of the HÜBNER HeavyDuty Digital-Tacho (encoder) POG 10 with the multiturn encoder EQN 1325. Areas at application of the AMG 10 with EURO flange B10 are machinery and heavy plants with high mechanical demands, where standard absolute encoders do not fit the task.
